Gemini has launched a Windows client

Gemini for Mac has been out for a long time, but progress on the Windows client has been slow. Yesterday, the client was finally released.

However, the current Windows client is just a wrapper around the web version, with no functional changes.

The Share Window, Lasso, and Speak to Window features on Mac have not been released. What on earth are these people doing all day?

I also took a look: Mac has updated the “Add to Gemini” feature. Once enabled, you can right-click a file in Finder to add it to the Gemini dialog. After all this time, they’ve updated such a small feature—really ridiculous.

Then I also found an issue: the Windows client has a very high refusal-to-answer rate, while I almost never encounter it on the web version/Mac. I wonder if anyone feels the same?
